Sightseeing flights over St.Petersburg were being flown from a field next to the Petropavlovskaya crepost (Peter and Paul Fortress) for a price of 300.000 Rubel. One of the passengers was allowed to take the first officer’s seat. The F/O stood in the doorway during the entire flight. A couple of skydivers were on board and jumped off half way during the flight. All seats were equipped with seat belts, but my buckles did not work.
